Jae-Yon Lee is currently an Associate Professor of Korean Literature in the School of Liberal Arts at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, Korea. His research interests include 20th-century Korean fiction and criticism, Korea’s colonial periodicals, literary sociology, and digital literary studies. Currently, he is working on the book manuscript, "Networking a Series: Formation of Periodical Authorship in 1920s Korea." His works have been published in Journal of Korean Studies, Acta Koreana, Sungkyun Journal of East Asian Studies, and in A Companion to World Literature (Wiley-Blackwell). Recently he translated Franco Moretti’s Graphs, Maps, Trees into Korean (2020).
