I am an Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Technology and Innovation Management (MOT) / School of Business Administration (SBA) at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST). I am also the Director of Center for Business Analytics. My research area is in information systems and business analytics. I received a Ph.D. in Information Studies and M.S. in Statistics from The University of Texas at Austin. I received a B.S. in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University. My research focuses on e-commerce, individual differences in IT use, IT marketing, and research methods. Here is my Google Scholar page.
