Korea-UK International joint research guideline(MOU standard form)

과학기술의 발전을 위하여 국가 간 협력연구의 중요성이 증가함에 따라
한국과 영국이 공동으로 국제공동연구 협약 시 참조할 수 있는 ‘한-영 국제공동연구
가이드라인(표준협약서)’을 붙임과 같이 개발(‘14. 3월)하였습니다.

이는 국제공동연구 협약 시 지재권의 귀속과 활용 등에 관한 내용을 명확히
함으로써, 연구주체 간에 발생할 수 있는 문제를 사전에 예방하여 국가 간 협력 연구를
활성화하기 위한 것입니다.
This clearly specifies intellectual property right belongingness
for international MOU and prevents the problems between research principals

동 가이드라인이 국제공동연구를 주관하거나 수행하는 기관에 널리 보급
되어 협약 시 도움이 되었으면 합니다.

We hopes that this guideline will be helpful and widely used in
the institutes which holds international research projects
