최근 과학기술정보통신부는 R&D 사업의 파편화로 인해 연구개발의 혁신성과 연속성의 저하와 행정 부담 가중 문제를 해결하기 위해 각 부처 고유 임무에 부합하되, 기존 예비타당성조사(예타) 규모 미만의 R&D 사업을 통합·재기획한 계속사업에 대해서도 예타 조사 대상으로 인정하는 제도인 ‘부처 고유임무형 계속사업 예타 제도 개편’을 발표하였습니다. (2024.1).

이에 따라 국토교통부와 국토교통과학기술진흥원은 기존의 연구개발(R&D) 체계를 개선하고, 보다 효율적이고 연속적인 연구개발을 위해 부처 고유임무형 계속사업으로 『스마트 건축혁신 기술개발사업』을 기획하고 있습니다.

본 사업은 부처 고유 임무에 해당하는 건축 분야의 장기적 기술 개발을 위해, 기존의 계속사업 및 신규사업을 통합하여 지속 가능한 연구개발을 추진하는 것을 목표로 하며 이를 달성하기 위해 건축 설계에서 시공, 운영관리, 수요자를 위한 주택 기능 등을 포함하는 4개의 내역사업 ‘미래형 첨단건축 기술’, ‘제로에너지 건축 기술’, ‘건축물 성능기반 안전 관리 기술’, ‘웰빙 주거환경 조성 기술’을 도출하였습니다.

따라서, 본 수요조사는 관련분야 전문가들의 협의를 통해 도출된 4개 내역사업 분야를 대상으로 국가연구개발 추진이 필요한 핵심기술 및 구성기술 개발을 위해 국내외 산·학·연·관 전문가를 대상으로 기술수요를 조사하는 것입니다.

이번 수요조사는 건축 분야에서 장기적 관점의 기술 개발을 위한 중요한 기회로, 전문가 여러분의 소중한 의견이 향후 기술개발을 위한 국가지원으로 이어질 수 있도록 설문에 적극적인 협조를 부탁드립니다.

기술수요조사 결과는 국가연구개발사업의 연구과제를 도출하는 기초자료 이외에는 사용되지 않음을 약속드립니다. 감사합니다.

Recently, the Ministry of Science and ICT has launched R&D projects that are consistent with each ministry’s unique mission but are below the scale of the existing preliminary feasibility study in order to resolve the problems of decreased innovativeness and continuity of research and development and increased administrative burden due to the fragmentation of R&D projects. We announced the ‘Reorganization of the Ministry’s Unique Mission-Type Pre-Examination System for Continuing Projects’, a system that recognizes integrated and re-planned continuing projects as subject to preliminary investigation. (2024.1).

Accordingly, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and KAIA are seeking to improve the existing research and development (R&D) system and conduct more efficient and continuous research and development. Therefore, the Ministry is planning the 『Smart Building Innovation Technology Development Project』 as a continuing project with its own mission.

This project aims to promote sustainable research and development by integrating existing ongoing projects and new projects to develop long-term technology in the field of architecture, which is the ministry’s unique mission. To achieve this, it aims to promote sustainable research and development from architectural design to construction and operation management. , four specific projects including housing functions for consumers were derived: ‘future cutting-edge building technology’, ‘zero energy building technology’, ‘building performance-based safety management technology’, and ‘well-being residential environment creation technology’.

Therefore, this demand survey targets domestic and foreign industry, academia, research, and government experts to develop core technologies and component technologies that require national research and development in the four specific business areas derived through consultation with experts in related fields. It’s about investigating demand.

This demand survey is an important opportunity for long-term technology development in the construction field. We ask for your active cooperation in the survey so that your valuable opinions can lead to national support for future technology development.
