한국정보화진흥원에서는 5G 기반 B2B 시장창출을 위해 “’21년 MEC기반 5G 공공부문 선도적용 과제”[붙임1]과 같이 추진할 예정입니다.

* 5G기반 MEC 기술을 활용하면 융합서비스의 초저지연·초지능 특성을 보장하고 네트워크 트래픽을 감소

이에 따라 국가기관·지자체·공공기관을 대상으로 MEC기반 5G 융합서비스를 공공부문에 선도적용하는 과제를 추진하기 위한 수요를 조사 중이니 ‘20.10.19.(월) 17시까지 [붙임2] 양식에 따라 회신하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 수요조사 결과 등을 바탕으로 2021년도 MEC기반 융합서비스 후보모델에 반영할 예정임

In order to create a 5G-based B2B market, the National Information Society Agency plans to promote it in the same way as “Attachment 1” [Attachment 1].

* Using 5G-based MEC technology ensures ultra-low latency and ultra-intelligence characteristics of convergence services and reduces network traffic.

Accordingly, we are investigating the demand for government agencies, local governments, and public institutions to pursue the project of leading the application of MEC-based 5G convergence services to the public sector. Please reply according to the [Attachment 2] form by 17:00 on Monday, October 19th, 20th.

※ Based on the results of the demand survey, it will be reflected in the candidate model for MEC-based convergence services in 2021.
