Korea Research foundation is a research management institution established on June 26, 2009 under the Korea Research Foundation Act with the aim of contributing to the promotion of the nation’s academic, scientific and technological capabilities and enhancing research capabilities.

We would like to inform you that we are inviting you to the position of head of the New Drug Administration Specialist (PM).

 Director of New Pharmaceuticals Planning work related to the subject technology field

– Establishing strategies, such as mid- to long-term plans and promotion plans, researching trends, researching demand, and analyzing information (including performance analysis)

– Matters concerning advance planning, new project planning, response to preliminary feasibility studies, and support for securing budget for new projects;

– Matters concerning the planning and supplementation of new tasks;

– Matters concerning the management of entrusted research projects related to the planning of research planning and evaluation projects in the field of technology under jurisdiction

– Other matters concerning the promotion of planning and internal and external response related to planning;

Matters concerning the establishment of an implementation plan for a project in the field of technology under its jurisdiction;

Matters concerning statistical management and performance diffusion activities related to planning in the field of technology under jurisdiction

□ eligibility for application

PM postion eligibility for application
Director A person who has excellent expertise in the field of study (technology) and business management (management) ability for the project under his/her jurisdiction. A Ph.D. holder has at least 15 years of research experience or research administration, and a master’s degree holder has at least 20 years of research experience

※ If an internal employee applies, he/she shall be a senior researcher or higher and meet the above conditions

 

□ How to apply: Open recruitment or recommendation committee

□ Term of office: 2 or 3 years from the date of appointment

※ Application for term of office shall be made for two or three years at the time of completion of the application

※ PM external evaluation is conducted every year, and dismissal or reappointment can be applied according to the evaluation results

□ Salaries and allowances: in accordance with the regulations related to the foundation

□ Personnel and service: in accordance with the regulations related to the foundation

□ Submission documents: The applicant himself/herself submits the following documents in accordance with the prescribed form of the foundation (integrated into one Korean file and submitted)

소관기술 분야 사업 시행계획 수립에 관한 사항

□ 응모 자격

PM 직위 자격요건
단장 해당 학문(기술)단 소관 학문(기술)분야에 탁월한 전문성과 소관 사업에 대한 사업경영(관리) 능력을 겸비한 자로서, 박사학위 소지자인 경우 연구경력 또는 연구행정경력 15년 이상, 석사학위 소지자인 경우 연구경력 또는 연구행정경력 20년 이상인 전문가

※ 내부직원이 응모할 경우 선임연구원 이상이며 상기조건 충족자

 

□ 응모 방법 : 공개모집 또는 추천위원회 추천

 

□ 임기 : 임용일로부터 2년 또는 3년

※ 임기는 신청서 작성 시 2년 또는 3년 중 선택하여 신청

※ 매년 PM 외부평가를 실시하고 평가 결과에 따라 해촉 또는 연임 신청 가능

 

□ 급여 및 수당 : 재단 관련 규정에 따름

 

□ 인사 및 복무 : 재단 관련 규정에 따름

 

□ 제출서류 : 재단 소정양식에 따라 아래 서류를 신청자 본인이 직접 제출(한 개의 한글파일로 통합하여 제출)
