극지연구소는 극지연구의 창의성이 높고 심층적인 기초연구 성과와 연구인력 양성이 기대되는 다학제간 극지공동연구과제 지원을 위한 PAP사업(학·연 극지연구 진흥프로그램)을 수행하고 있습니다. 2025년 극지연구소 PAP사업 신규과제 선정을 위한 자유공모를 안내하오니 관심 있는 연구자의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

가. 지원분야: 극지 관련 모든 연구주제(자연과학 및 공학, 인문사회 분야 등)

나. 지원기간 및 지원규모

1) 공모 및 접수기간 : ~ ‘25.3.20.(목) 18시까지

2) 지원자격 : 국내 대학(교) 조교수 이상 교수(조교수, 부교수, 정교수) 또는 연구소 정규직 연구원(박사학위 소지자)

3) 제출서류 : 과제제안서(RFP) 작성 후 공문 제출

4) 유의사항 : 연차별 과제 수행 여부 및 연구비 조정 가능
* 과제 선정·중간진도점검·연차평가결과에 따라 별도 확정함

The Korea Polar Research Institute is conducting the PAP Project (Academic-Research Polar Research Promotion Program) to support interdisciplinary polar joint research projects, which are expected to result in high creativity in polar research, in-depth basic research outcomes, and the development of research personnel. We are announcing an open call for the selection of new projects for the 2025 KOPRI PAP Program. We encourage interested researchers to apply.

A. Support Fields: All research topics related to the polar regions (including natural sciences and engineering, humanities and social sciences, etc.)

  1. Call and Submission Period: Until 18:00 on March 20, 2025 (Thursday)

  2. Eligibility: Professors (Assistant, Associate, Full Professors) at domestic universities or regular researchers (Ph.D. holders) at research institutes.

  3. Required Documents: Submit the project proposal (RFP) after completion, along with an official letter.

  4. Important Notes: Project implementation and research funding may be adjusted annually.

    • Adjustments will be made based on project selection, mid-term progress checks, and annual evaluation results.
