마이크로/나노 집적 시스템 연구실은 마이크로/나노공정과 나노테크놀로지, 바이오테크놀로지, 전기화학과의 연결고리 역할을 하는 다양한 학제간 연구를 수행하고 있다. 이러한 연구 방향에 따라 독창적인 탄소 마이크로/나노 구조 기반 전기화학/가스/바이오센서, 나노플루이딕 디바이스, 나노공정기술 등을 개발하고 있다.
The MNIS lab is dedicated to the variety fields of interdisciplinary research bridging micro/nanofabrication with nanotechnology, biotechnology, and electrochemistry. This research endeavor is sprouting and blooming into the development of novel nano-systems such as carbon nanowire based electrochemical/gas/bio sensors, nanofluidic devices, and nanofabrication technologies.
