생성형 인공지능(AI)의 급격한 발전에 따라 연구활동에서의 생성형 인공지능(AI) 도구 활용이 심화·발전된 양상을 보이고 있습니다. 이에 한국연구재단에서는 재단 과제의 신청·수행 및 평가 업무에 참여하는 연구자가 생성형 인공지능(AI) 도구를 “윤리적이고 책임있게” 사용하도록 『생성형 인공지능(AI) 도구의 책임 있는 사용을 위한 권고사항』 (개정판)을 마련하여 배포합니다.

○ (정보공개) AI 도구 사용 내역 표기 권장 ※ 사용 시 표기 방식(예시) 마련
○ (검증책임) AI 도구 사용 시 자료의 신뢰성, 타당성 확보를 위한 검증 책임 명시
○ (보안책임) AI 도구에 연구자료 업로드 시 정보 유출 주의, 유출 시 연구자 책임 명시
첨단소재(신소재) 개발 및 응용에 있어 해외 의존도가 높은 우리나라의 경우 자원의 재분배와 융복합화가 절실한 상황이며, 국제 경쟁력을 확보하여 핵심 소재의 대외 의존도를 줄이고, 부가가치를 높이기 위한 국가 주력산업 핵심 소재개발과 재료응용 기술의 중요성이 커지고 있습니다.
이에 국제첨단소재기술대전 사무국에서는 산업통상자원부, 한국생산기술연구원, 한국세라믹기술원, 한국재료연구원, 한국세라믹연합회, 한국세라믹학회, 접착코팅필름산업위원회(CAMO), 신소재경제신문 등 관련 산, 학, 연, 관 합동으로 “제13회국제첨단소재기술대전(INTRA2025)”을 개최하며,
특히 첨부된 초청장과 같이 한 동안 침체됐던 소재기술 R&D 활성화를 위해 과학기술정보통신부 강연을 비롯한 50여건의 소재전문 세미나(컨퍼런스) 1,200편의 논문발표, 720건의 기술포스터 발표 등을 개최하오니 많은 관심 및 참석바랍니다.
In the case of Korea, where dependence on overseas sources is high in the development and application of advanced (new) materials, the redistribution and convergence of resources are urgently needed. Strengthening international competitiveness to reduce reliance on foreign countries for key materials and to increase added value highlights the growing importance of developing core materials for national strategic industries and advancing material application technologies.
In this context, the Secretariat of the International Advanced Materials Technology Exhibition, together with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, Korea Institute of Ceramic Engineering and Technology, Korea Institute of Materials Science, Korea Ceramic Federation, Korean Ceramic Society, Coating Adhesive Film Industry Committee (CAMO), and News of Advanced Materials, will jointly host the 13th International Advanced Materials Technology Exhibition (INTRA2025).
As indicated in the attached invitation, in order to revitalize material technology R&D—which has been stagnant for some time—the event will feature a keynote lecture by the Ministry of Science and ICT, more than 50 specialized material technology seminars (conferences), 1,200 academic paper presentations, and 720 technical poster sessions. 2025 STEPI Intelligence Dialogue는 과학기술전문가, 정부정책전문가, 주한외교공관 실무자, 정책연구자, 교수, 언론인, 기업인 등을 초청하여 주요국 싱크탱크와 함께 인공지능(AI), 양자, 우주, 반도체 등 핵심·신흥기술(Critical & Emerging Technologies, CETs)과 안보 이슈에 대한 국제 협력 전략을 논의하는 장입니다.

The 2025 STEPI Intelligence Dialogue is a forum that invites science and technology experts, government policy specialists, diplomatic mission staff in Korea, policy researchers, professors, journalists, and business leaders to discuss international cooperation strategies on Critical & Emerging Technologies (CETs)—including Artificial Intelligence (AI), quantum, space, and semiconductors—along with security issues, in collaboration with major global think tanks.
As the first event of this year, the Dialogue aims to share the outcomes of joint research conducted by STEPI and leading strategic think tanks from Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, and Taiwan. Against the backdrop of intensifying U.S.-China competition and rapid technological paradigm shifts, the event will serve as a venue to build global consensus on the importance of CETs and explore policy solutions. 2025년 제 1회 연구행정 전문가 교육 스케치 영상을 공유 드립니다.
국민권익위원회가 2025년 9월 12일(월)부터 10월 12일(일)까지 「연구개발비 부정수급 집중신고기간」을 운영합니다.
연구개발 분야 정부지원금 부정수급의 경우 연구개발 관련자들이 함께 부정수급을 공모하거나 다양한 수법이 동원되는 등 조직적이고 계획적으로 이뤄지고 있다는 것이 국민권익위의 판단입니다.
다양한 수법으로는 ▲연구개발 인력 허위 등록을 통한 인건비 부풀리기 ▲동일‧유사 과제 연구개발비 중복 수령 ▲유령회사를 동원한 물품 허위 구매 ▲정산 서류 조작 ▲이미 개발 완료한 것을 새로 개발한 것처럼 꾸미는 연구성과 조작 등이 있습니다.
이에 국민권익위는 이번 집중신고기간에 신고된 건에 대해 해당 신고사건은 물론, 피신고자가 다른 기관에서 지원받은 연구개발비의 부정수급 여부 등도 종합적으로 조사할 예정입니다.
이번 집중신고기간 실시에 따라 참여연구원 허위 등록, 연구개발비 과다 청구 및 중복 수급 등 연구개발 분야 정부지원금 부정수급 신고를 하려는 사람은 누구든지 청렴포털(www.clean.go.kr) 또는 방문‧우편을 통해 신고할 수 있습니다.
신고자의 개인정보는 철저히 보호되고, 신고자에게는 최대 30억 원의 보상금이 지급됩니다.
The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) will operate a “Special Reporting Period for Fraudulent Receipt of R&D Funds” from September 12 (Mon) to October 12 (Sun), 2025.
According to the ACRC, fraudulent receipt of government subsidies in the field of R&D is often carried out in an organized and systematic manner, with R&D participants colluding or employing various fraudulent methods.
Examples of such methods include: Inflating labor costs by falsely registering R&D personnel, Receiving duplicate funding for identical or similar projects, Using shell companies to fabricate purchases of goods, Manipulating settlement documents, Fabricating research results by presenting already-developed outcomes as if they were newly developed.
During this reporting period, the ACRC will conduct comprehensive investigations not only into the specific reported cases but also into whether the accused individuals have fraudulently received R&D funds from other institutions.
Anyone wishing to report fraudulent activities such as false registration of participating researchers, excessive claims, or duplicate receipt of R&D subsidies may do so through the Integrity Portal (www.clean.go.kr), or by visiting or mailing their report.
The personal information of informants will be strictly protected, and they may be rewarded with compensation of up to 3 billion KRW.
