○ (공모분야) IRIS ‘신규기능’ 및 ‘기능개선’ 관련 아이디어 중 택1
-①NRI, ②업무포털, ③지원포털 등의 IRIS 시스템 관련 아이디어 제안
-(신규기능) 기존에 없던 새로운 기능 도입 대한 혁신적인 기획 아이디어
-(기능개선) 기존 기능 개선을 통해 업무 효율이 기대되는 아이디어

○ (제출서류) 참가신청서, 아이디어 제안서, 참가서약서, 개인정보동의서
○ (작성양식) 아이디어 제안서(또는 특허 발명신고서) 양식으로 작성
○ (참여제한) 다음과 같은 사항에 해당 시 참가 제한
-IRIS를 사용해 본 적 없거나 사용하지 않는 자
-국가R&D(연구직/행정직/연구관리직/연구지원인력)를 수행해 본 적 없거나 관련이 없는 자
-사업 및 연구관리 전문기관 소속인 자
-동일(유사) 아이디어로 타 공모전 수상 경력이 있는 자

□ Contest Categories

• (Category): Choose one idea related to IRIS “New Features” or “Feature Improvements”

  • Examples: Ideas related to IRIS systems such as ①NRI, ②Business Portal, ③Support Portal

  • (New Features): Innovative ideas for introducing functions that do not currently exist

  • (Feature Improvements): Ideas for improving existing functions to increase work efficiency

□ Eligibility & Application

• (Eligibility): Researchers and research support staff who use IRIS

• (How to Apply): Refer to the announcement on the KIRD (Korea Institute of Human Resources Development in Science & Technology) website:

• (Required Documents): Application form, idea proposal, participation pledge, and consent to personal information collection/use

• (Format): Submit using the “Idea Proposal Form” (or “Patent Invention Report Form”)

• (Restrictions): Applicants will be disqualified if they fall under the following:

  • Have never used IRIS or do not use it

  • Have no experience in national R&D (as researcher, administrator, research manager, or support staff)

  • Are affiliated with professional R&D management institutions

  • Have previously won awards in other contests with the same (or similar) idea
