한국여성과학기술인육성재단(이하 WISET)은 과학기술정보통신부 산하 기타공공기관으로, 출산?육아휴직으로 인한 연구공백 해소 지원을 위한 정책사업을 수행하고 있습니다. 이에 「2025년 육아기 연구과제 지원(브릿지펀드) 사업」신규 지원대상 모집을 다음과 같이 추진하오니, 많은 관심 부탁드립니다.

나. 지원 개요 ※ 본 사업은 이공계 학위를 취득한 과학기술인을 대상으로 진행합니다.

The Korea Foundation for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (WISET), a public institution under the Ministry of Science and ICT, is implementing policy programs to support researchers in overcoming career interruptions due to parental leave. We are pleased to announce the 2025 Parenting Researchers Support Program (Bridge Fund) and invite eligible applicants to apply as outlined below.

※ This program is intended for scientists and engineers with degrees in STEM fields.

| Eligibility | – Principal Investigators (PIs) whose research project periods have been officially extended due to childbirth or parental leave as of the application date | – Researchers who have returned from childbirth/parental leave within one year of the application date – Not currently leading a research project as a PI |
| Funding Amount | Up to KRW 30 million per year | Up to KRW 30 million per project |
| Funding Duration | Up to 2 years (1+1), within the approved extension period | Up to 1 year |
| Requirements | – At least 6 months remaining in the extended research project period as of the application date – Must be a project under the NRF Basic Research Program |
– Must be currently employed as of the application date |
