  다. 지원내용: R&D 관련부서의 휴직/단축근로, 육아기연구자(남녀무관)를 위한 대체인력/지원인력 신규 채용 시 R&D 인건비 지원

We are pleased to announce the 4th Call for Companies to Participate in the 2025 R&D Substitute Personnel Support Program in the field of Science and Technology. We look forward to the interest and active participation of all eligible organizations.

A. Announcement Title

  • 4th Call for Participation in the 2025 R&D Substitute Personnel Support Program in Science and Technology

B. Eligible Applicants

  • Companies, research institutes, universities, and other organizations in the R&D field (no regional restrictions)

C. Support Details

  • Financial support for R&D labor costs when newly hiring substitute or support personnel in R&D departments to cover employees on leave, reduced working hours, or childcare leave (applicable to both male and female researchers)

D. Announcement Period

  • September 1 (Mon) – October 17 (Fri), 2025

E. Application Period

  • September 1 (Mon) – October 17 (Fri), 2025, until 18:00 KST
