산업기술혁신사업 공통 운영요령 제17조(사업별 지원분야 발굴) 및 제18조 (과제기획)에 따라 2021년도 소재부품기술개발사업의 신규지원 과제 발굴을 위한 기술수요조사를 다음과 같이 공고합니다.

1. 목적
ㅇ 제조업 글로벌 경쟁력 제고 및 핵심 소재 해외의존도 해소를 위한 소재부품 장비분야 신규 기술개발 과제를 기획함에 있어 민간의 창의적이고 다양한 기술수요를 조사하여 과제기획의 기초자료로 활용
2. 조사대상
ㅇ 지원대상분야
– 소재·부품·장비산업 경쟁력강화 특별조치법 시행령 제2조(소재·부품 및 장비의 범위)에 해당되는 소재·부품 및 장비 업종분야
3. 수요조사 제안 자격
ㅇ 소재부품기술개발사업에 관심이 있고 참여 의사가 있는 기업, 대학 및 연구소, 학회/협회 등에 소속된 자 또는 개인
4. 유의사항
ㅇ 국가예산의 중복투자를 방지하기 위하여 정부 R&D사업 기술개발 과제로 기지원된 기술수요는 제외함
※ 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(www.ntis.go.kr)에서 제안 기술(품목)에 대한 중복성을 사전 검토하신 후 등록해야 함
ㅇ 아래의 경우는 기초자료 활용대상에서 제외됨
– 접수기간 내에 수요조사서를 등록하지 않고 추후 개별로 제출하는 경우
– 요구양식 이외의 양식으로 기술수요조사서를 제출하는 경우
– 시스템 전산 등록시 첨부파일(기술수요조사서)을 누락한 경우
ㅇ 기술수요조사를 통해 지원대상으로 선정된 기술(품목)의 과제 수행기관은 별도 공모를 통하여 선정되므로 기술수요 제안자와 과제 수행기관은 다를 수 있음
ㅇ 제출된 서류는 일절 반환하지 않으며, 동 사업의 신규과제 발굴을 위한 기초자료로만 활용됨

In accordance with the common operation guidelines for the industrial technology innovation business, we will announce the technical demand survey to discover new support projects
for the 2021 material parts technology development project as follows.

1. Purpose
ㅇ In planning new technology development tasks in the field of material components and equipment to enhance global competitiveness of manufacturing industry and resolve the dependence on overseas materials, research and use the private and creative technology needs of the private sector as basic data for project planning
2. Subject to investigation
– Materials, components and equipment sectors corresponding to Article 2 (the scope of materials, parts and equipment) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Measures to Strengthen Competitiveness of the Material, Components and Equipment Industry
3. Qualification for proposal of demand survey
A person or individual belonging to an enterprise, university and research institute, academic society or association that is interested in and willing to participate in material and component technology development projects
4. Cautions
Excluding technical demand that has been supported as a government R&D project technology development project to prevent overlapping investments in the national budget.
The National Science and Technology Knowledge Information Service (www.ntis.go.kr) should pre-examine and register the redundancy of the proposed technology.
ㅇ The following cases are excluded from the basic data utilization list:
– Where a demand survey report is not registered within the reception period and is submitted individually in the future.
– Where a technical demand survey report is submitted in a form other than the required form;
– In case the attached file (Technical Demand Survey) is omitted when registering the system electronically.
ㅇ The project implementer of the technology (items) selected for support through the technical demand survey is selected through a separate public offering, so the task implementer and the technology demand proposer may be different.
ㅇ All submitted documents shall not be returned, and they shall only be used as basic data for discovering new tasks in the project.
