It aims to establish and promote the right culture of research notebook by discovering and sharing examples of excellent achievement of research institutes and researchers in the research field.

2. Main content

– Contest Period: 2018. 9. 19.(Wed) ~ 10. 31.(Wed)
– Result Announcement : 2018. 11. 16.(Fri)

o Target
– Institute : All universities and public research institutes that keep and manage research notebooks
– Researcher : All researchers who keep and manage research notebooks(University, public research institute, company, etc.)

o Contest Content : Experience of writing, managing, and utilizing research notebooks related to conducting R&D (By hand)
– Institute Section: Submit the application using the form including contents such as the status of management of research notebooks, effort to utilize research notebooks, ahievement of research notebooks of institute, etc.
– Researcher Section: Submit the application freely including experience of writing and utilizing research notebooks

과학기술정보통신부와 KISTA는 연구 현장의 우수한 연구노트 작성·관리·활용 사례를 발굴하고 공유하여 올바른 연구노트 문화 정착 및 활성화를 도모하고자
2018년도 연구노트 우수 성과 공모전을 개최하니 적극적인 참여 바랍니다.

1. 목적
o (목적) 연구 현장의 연구노트 우수 성과 기관 및 연구자의 사례를 발굴하고 공유하여 올바른 연구노트 문화 정착 및 활성화 도모
2. 주요 내용
o (공모 일정)
– 공모 기간: 2018. 9. 19.(수) ~ 10. 31.(수)
– 결과 발표: 2018. 11. 16.(금) 예정
– 시 상 식: 2018. 11월 말 예정
o (대상)
– 기관 부문: 연구노트를 작성·관리·활용하는 대학 및 공공연
– 연구자 부문: 연구노트를 작성·관리·활용하는 모든 연구자(대학, 공공연, 기업 등)
o (공모 내용) R&D 수행 관련 연구노트의 작성·관리·활용 경험(수기)
– 기관 부문: 연구노트 관리 현황, 연구노트 활성화 노력, 기관의 연구노트 성과 등을 신청 서식에 맞춰 작성 후 제출
– 연구자 부문: R&D를 수행하며 연구노트를 작성, 관리 및 활용한 경험을 자유 양식으로 작성 후 제출
※ [참고] 전년도 수상작: 2016년&2017년 연구노트 우수성과 공모전 우수 사례집(자료실 2&4번)
o (응모 방법)
– 지원 부문별 제출서류(붙임 양식 활용) 작성 후 이메일 접수(enote@kista.re.kr)
o (시상 내역) 기관 1개, 연구자 5명
– 기관 부문: 과학기술정보통신부 장관상 1개(대상, 상장 및 부상)
– 연구자 부문: 과학기술정보통신부 장관상 1명(대상, 상장 및 온누리상품권 100만원),
한국특허전략개발원장상 1명(최우수상, 온누리상품권 50만원),
한국특허전략개발원장상 3명(우수상, 온누리상품권 30만원)
o (유의 사항) 2017년도 대상 및 최우수상 수상기관 및 연구자는 참여가 제한되는점 양해바랍니다.
