- 행정안전부는 과학기술정보통신부와 협력하여, 예기치 못한 다양한 재난안전 사고와문제, 현안 등에 신속하게 대응하기 위해 국민생활안전 긴급대응 연구과제를 발굴·선정하여 연구개발을 지원하고 있습니다.
- 이와 관련하여 재난안전 관리·대응 체계에서 현안대응과 문제해결과 재난피해 확산방지를 위해 필요한 기술개발과제*(기술수요)를 아래와 같이 조사하니, 수요가 있는 기관에서는 [붙임] 양식으로 상시 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
* (예) 선박사고 인명 구조 기술, 물류창고 등 대형화재 진화 기술, 건출물 붕괴 대응 기술, 산불 잔불 감시 기술 등
가. 건 명 : ’22년 국민생활안전 긴급대응 연구개발사업 상시 현안 수요조사
나. 지원규모 : 연구기간 1~2년, 과제당 2.5억/년 지원
다. 조사내용 : 재난안전 문제·현안 해결을 위한 긴급대응, 피해 확산 방지를 위한 기술개발 수요
※ 선정된 과제에 대해서는 상세기획(RFP) 후 2주 이내의 공고를 통해 연구수행기관 선정

- The Ministry of Public Administration and Security is working with the Ministry of Science and ICT to discover and select research projects for emergency response to various unexpected disaster safety accidents, problems, and pending issues.
- In this regard, the disaster safety management and response system investigates the technology development tasks* (technical demand) necessary for responding to pending issues, solving problems, and preventing the spread of disaster damage as follows, so please submit them in the [attached] form.
* (e.g., ship accident life-saving technology, large-scale fire extinguishing technology such as logistics warehouse, building collapse response technology, forest fire residual fire monitoring technology, etc.
- Subject: Survey on demand for R&D projects for emergency response to national safety in ’22’22
- Support scale: 1 to 2 years of research and 250 million/year of support per project
- Investigation contents: Emergency response to solve disaster safety issues and pending issues, and demand for technology development to prevent the spread of damage.
※ For the selected tasks, the research institution is selected through public notice within two weeks after the detailed plan (RFP).
- Method of investigation: Completion of a demand survey (Attachment 1 Form) and submission as an official letter
