과학기술정보통신부는 우주발사체 발사 주체와 방식의 다양화와 발사 수요증가가 예상됨에 따라 ‘발사허가 표준절차’를 마련하고, 「발사계획서 작성방법」을 붙임과 개정고시하고자 합니다.

○ 주요내용 : 발사허가에 필요한 안전기준, 준수사항, 절차 및 발사계획의 적정성 판단기준 제시

개정고시안에 대해 의견이 있는 경우 아래와 같이 검토의견을 회신하여 주시기 바랍니다.

It is related to Article 6 of the 「Regulations on Issuance and Management of Orders and Rules」.

As the Ministry of Science and ICT expects the diversification of the subject and method of launching a space launch vehicle and an increase in launch demand, the ‘standard procedure for launch permission’ will be prepared, and the ‘launch plan preparation method’ will be attached and announced as a revision.

○ Main contents: Safety standards required for launch permission, matters to be observed, procedures, and criteria for judging the appropriateness of the launch plan
