□ 사업 개요

◦ 추진목적

- A.I. 목표 지향적 연구 수행과 성과 창출을 통한, 성과의 활용도 및 파급력 제고

- 기존 연구 Process의 A.I. 방법론 적용을 통한, 연구 효율화

- 非 A.I. 연구들의 A.I. 적용 가속화

◦ 추진방안

- 전체 대학(학과) 대상, 지정분야 공모

※ 대상 분야 : 기존 연구 성과의 A.I. Transformation, 기존 연구 방법론 + A.I.

- 연구 결과(성과)의 파급력에 관한 연구자 부담 경감(대형과제 연계, 사업화, 외부 기관 공동연구 등의 성과 요구 지양)

- 단, 연구 수행 결과는 Best Practice로서, 내부 전파에 적극 활용

※ 과제 종료 후 성과 공유회 실시, A.I. 대학원 교육 자료로 활용 등

◦ 선정 규모 : 과제당 4,000만 원/年(총 2년), 14개 과제 내외(TBD)

※ 개인연구 or 집단연구 무관

◦ 참가대상 : UNIST 구성원

※ 연구책임자는 전임 교원만 가능 / 현재 상기 A.I. 과제 수행 연구책임자는 지원 불가

- 우대 사항(중복 적용 불가)

• 조교수 급 연구자(평가 점수의 5%)


• 여성 연구자(평가 점수의 5%)


• 그밖에 평가위원회가 인정하는 경우(평가 점수의 3% 이내)

◦ 기타 사항

- 최종 선정된 과제에 대해 연구계획서 제출 및 과제 생성 진행

- 지원금액은 과제 내용 및 중요도, 적합성 등을 판단하여 연구위원회에서 최종 결정

※ 2차년도 지원 여부 및 규모는 해당 사업의 예산 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있음

- 집행 기준, 과제 관리 및 평가 등 제반 규정은 UNIST 교내과제 연구지원사업 운영기준을 따름

□ Project Overview

◦ Purpose

- To increase the spread of results by creating research results aimed at A.I.

- Promotion of research efficiency through application of A.i.

methodology of existing research process

- Accelerate the A.I. Transformation in research

◦ Plan

- All colleges(departments) target, appointed topic competition

※ Appointed topic : A.I. Transformation, A.I. methodology for conducting existing research

- Reducing the burden of researchers on the impact of results

(ex, avoiding demands for performance in connection with large projects, commercialization, and joint research with external organizations)

- However, the results of research are best practices and are actively used for internal propagation.

※ Performance sharing session after the completion of the project, use as educational materials for A.I. graduate school, etc.

- Evaluation criteria

• Research progress and performance before application


• Intention and necessity to apply A.I.


• A.I. application plan, research methodology


• Final outcomes expected from this project support

(plans to expand further research)

- Preferential treatment (duplicate application not applicable)

• Assistant professor or lower level (5% of evaluation score)


• Female researchers (5% of evaluation score)


• Other cases approved by the evaluation committee

(within 3% of the evaluation score)

- Submit a research plan and create a project for final selection researches

- The amount of support is finalized by the Research Committee after judging the content, importance and suitability of the project

※ The availability and scale of application for the second year may change depending on the budget situation of the project

- All regulations, such as execution standards, project management and evaluation, follow UNIST internal policies
