Battery technology is becoming an indispensable part of modern/future industries across various fields such as mobile IT devices, electric vehicles, and energy storage systems(ESS) as it enables energy to be used wherever and whenever. Meanwhile, there is still demand for innovations in energy density, rapid charge availability and thermal stability and so on. Our group is striving to solve these challenges in terms of battery electrodes and cells.
배터리 기술은 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 에너지를 이용할 수 있게 함으로써, 모바일 IT기기, 전기자동차, 에너지저장시스템(ESS) 등 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 현대/미래산업에 필수불가결한 요소가 되어가고 있습니다. 또한 에너지 밀도, 급속충전, 열안전성 등 다양한 방면에서 도전과 혁신이 요구되고도 있습니다. 본 연구실은 배터리 전극 및 셀의 측면에서 이러한 도전 과제들을 해결하고자 노력하고 있습니다.
