The major research interests of the Structural Reliability and Disaster Risk Lab lie on structural reliability, network reliability, disaster risk assessment, and risk-based structural design and maintenance. Using probabilistic approaches and artificial intelligence techniques, we investigate the performance of structures and lifelines under service loads or disasters and use the information for structural design and maintenance and disaster risk management.
