Long-term vision is to prepare more efficient and stable crystalline hybrid semiconductors that can be applied to optoelectronics, energy generation, and conversion devices through manipulation of composition, dimension, size and doping. It also includes an in-depth analysis of the basic properties of hybrid crystalline semiconductors (material library construction), and hybrid energy devices and systems.
