The research in the Urban Planning & Analytics lab aims to construct sustainable and resilient future cities by analyzing housing and community development issues and suggesting policy alternatives to solve the problems based on the data-driven urban planning and design. Research areas include housing policy, neighborhood change, human mobility patterns and behaviors, as well as urban resilience.​
