We are mainly focusing on materials design, synthesis, and X-ray analysis for advanced rechargeable batteries. Our goal is to analyze the structure-property relationship in energy materials. We investigate the ion conduction mechanism within battery materials and identify the origin of degradation observed at the electrode interfaces. Based on a comprehensive understanding of the materials, we aim to implement high-capacity and long-life rechargeable batteries by applying various organic and inorganic materials.
